Paloma Health was founded out of empathy for families navigating the challenges of accessing NHS assessments and support for autism and ADHD. Our founders saw the patient anxiety and health impacts caused by growing NHS wait times.

Growth & professional development benefits
- All of our team members have quarterly professional development check ins with their line manager. This ensures development is a continuous discussion rather than a one-off event each year.
- Learning and development for clinicians: Uniquely, our senior clinical team lead monthly development days to support continuing professional development.
- Professional development for support function roles: All of our line managers are coached in supporting the development of their teams, and we allocate study leave and budgets for specific external training where needed.
Culture and wellbeing benefits
- Our clinicians can choose to work remotely, or at our Exeter or Norwich clinics.
- Our Support Functions typically work hybridly between our London office and home, supporting strong relationship building, learning opportunities, and fast decision making.
