Paloma Health is not an emergency service and we are unable to provide out of hours support. If you or your child need urgent help, please either dial 999, go to your closest Accident and Emergency (A&E) service or contact your GP depending on the urgency of the need. You can also get advice from 111 or using 111 online.

When you login to the portal you won't see any available appointments. This is correct as our booking proccess has temporarily changed. You will be assigned appointments. You'll receive an email with your appointment times. We intend to keep both appointments close together to minimise time between them. Appointments are being scheduled in the next 1-3 months. If you can't attend contact us to request another time.
